Kathleen (she/her) has dedicated her career to supporting her community. Before moving to New Mexico, Kathleen worked at several nonprofit health and human services organizations in southcentral Pennsylvania for 15 years and was an adjunct faculty member for over a decade at York College of Pennsylvania in the Behavioral Sciences Department. Beginning in 2015, Kathleen served for six years as the Community Health Program Manager and Director of Care Coordination at the Federally Qualified Health Center supporting the rural and frontier communities in New Mexico’s southwest corner. Since August 2021, Kathleen has served as CHRISTUS St. Vincent’s Director of Community Health. Kathleen is also a member of the Santa Fe County Behavioral Health Leadership Council and the City of Santa Fe’s Human Services Committee, and she previously served as Vice President of the Santa Fe Elder Care Network Board of Directors.
Peter Ives, JD

Peter was educated at Harvard College (A.B. cum laude in Philosophy, 1976) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 1983). While in Washington, D.C., he worked for the Community Nutrition Institute, Van Ness Feldman Sutcliffe & Levenberg, and Senator Jeff Bingaman.
In 1983, Peter moved to Santa Fe to join Campbell & Black, P.A., later co-founding a new law firm with several other attorneys. In 1987, he joined The Trust for Public Land as the organization’s attorney in its Southwest Regional Office. During his tenure, he worked on hundreds of land conservation projects, including the creation of parks, open spaces, trails, and national refuges, as well as the protection of agricultural lands. He also contributed to large remediation projects.
From 2019 until his retirement in December 2022, Peter served as General Counsel to the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs.
Peter remains active in his community, volunteering for several city commissions and programs and nonprofit boards. A significant focus of Peter’s current efforts is working with a group to address affordable and workforce housing challenges in Santa Fe.
Kate Field, LPCC

Kate is a lifelong Santa Fean, raised in a family committed to supporting the community through volunteerism and public service. Her professional background includes operating a local business and serving in the Santa Fe County Fire Department as a Firefighter/AEMT. Over the past ten years as a behavioral health clinician, her work has concentrated on community-based crisis response and intervention, assertive community treatment, and behavioral health programming focused on accessibility and integration. She is currently the Crisis Services Director for New Mexico Solutions, and oversees the Santa Fe Crisis Triage Center, to include county-wide 24/7 mobile response and harm reduction-based outreach programming. Kate also serves on the CASA First Board, the Santa Fe County Behavioral Health Leadership Council, and the First District Criminal Justice Coordinating Council.
Ramos Tsosie

Ramos was born, raised and had a career in public safety in Santa Fe. He retired from Santa Fe Fire Department in 2023 as a Mobile Integrated Health(MIH) Paramedic, where he developed a passion for identifying gaps in our Public Safety nets and participating in efforts to address those gaps. Ramos believes Consuelo's Place is one of the most effective examples of gap bridging Public Safety efforts and is honored to be a part of such a vital Public Safety service provider.
Beverly Kellam

Beverly hails from Louisiana and has degrees in business and economics from Baylor University and the University of Oklahoma. Before starting her family, Beverly was an economist and writer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and she taught economics as an adjunct professor at several colleges and universities in Oklahoma and Dallas. Beverly has been with Interfaith Community Services in 2016 and is currently the Interim Executive Director.
Jefty Prather , MS
Retired, Social Worker

Jefty grew up in Oklahoma and Texas. As a Marine, I served in Vietnam. He then returned and obtained a BA from the University of Texas at Arlington, and then obtained a MS in Family Support from Nova Southeastern University. Jefty spent 30 years as a social worker in Texas and Alaska working with families experiencing problems with child abuse and neglect.
Olga C’de Baca

Olga is the Qualifying Broker and founder of Origins Realty Group. Before gravitating toward real estate, she worked for over 15 years in the banking and financial services industries. Her rewarding work with HomeWise, a local non-profit agency, provided opportunities to witness the incredible transformations that occur when a person or family achieves their goal of home ownership.
Serving the diverse real estate needs of Northern New Mexico over the last 25 years has allowed Olga the honor and privilege of successfully completing hundreds of transactions and has instilled within her a strong and empathic business acumen.
Olga’s ancestry and family history are deeply rooted in New Mexico. She has sincere respect and appreciation for her community and is a native and life-long resident of Santa Fe.
